In a decree, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani Hojat al-Islam appointed Dr. Mahdi Farmanian as Deputy Head of Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the World Assembly of AhlulBayt (as) and praised the services of Hojat al-Islam Ahmad Ahmadi Tabar, the former Head of the Deputy Office.
At the ceremony of honoring and introducing the Deputies for Cultural Affairs to the World Assembly of AhlulBayt (as), held in Qom on Saturday, December 11, 2021, on the occasion of Lady Zainab (as) ‘s birthday, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani said: “Lady Zainab (as) is one of the characters that we should not study superficially, but carefully and thoroughly study the entirety of her personality.”
“As a Muslim woman, Lady Zainab (as) was comprehensive and complete both individually and socially. The personal and social perfections of Lady Zainab (as) are magnificent, and the existence of many titles in the hadith for her indicates her particular spiritual status, â€he added.
Lady Zainab (as) is a role model in every way

After the death of Muawiyah and the beginning of the eternal movement of Imam Hussein (as), she traveled with her brother’s caravan from Medina to Mecca, then from Mecca to Kufa and Karbala, and finally managed to accomplish her great mission. Lady Zainab (as) was a determined traveler. We hope that all Muslims will imitate the behavior of this Velayat-oriented figure in their lives, â€he said, referring to the travels of Lady Zainab (as).

Different nationalities and students were also increased. There are also 4 doctoral programs at this university. “Thaqalayn TV has become an attractive and audience-friendly approach and no longer just offers lectures. Imam Khomeini (ra) was looking for change
Imam Khomeini’s most important change was the Islamic Revolution in Iran. He outlined a plan for Islamic rule. In the declaration on the second phase of the revolution, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution also made seven recommendations for the realization of Islamic civilization, which must be carefully studied. “In the field of technology, we have to work and be active a lot, and cyberspace, which was emphasized by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, has to be taken seriously. Cyberspace is a limitless and huge space and we need to use it in different fields like education etc., “said Ayatollah Ramazani, referring to the use of new technologies by the congregation.
Regarding the work of the Deputy Office for Science and Culture, he said: “This office is organized intellectually. In order to achieve the necessary growth, however, facilities are required. ”
Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar had sincere and diligent efforts
The General Secretary of the World Assembly of AhlulBayt (as) added: “In the Deputy Bureau for Scientific and Cultural Affairs, dear brother Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar has been sincere and diligent in his endeavors, and sincerely did his best. I thank him for his efforts and ask God for his success. ”
“Because of his familiarity with the assembly’s activities in different sections, we will place him in the advisory department,” he said, referring to the appointment of Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar as his chief adviser.
“Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi was kindly and generously accepted that in the current situation a more operational person should be responsible for getting things done in the executive branch. Various options were suggested and we were looking for someone to be a manager with a plan, a program and an initiative. After a long research we came to Hojat al-Islam Dr. Farmanian. Dr. Farmanian knows the congregation and is familiar with its problems. He was the head of the deputy bureau for international affairs, Wiki Shia, and the director general of the study and research department of the congregation, â€said Ayatollah Ramazani.
“Dr. Farmanian will be at the meeting in the morning. There should be serious interaction between MPs with purity and sincerity. It is also important that all members of the congregation earnestly carry out their mission and duties,” he added.
“There is an important capacity in the Congregation’s Deputy Science and Culture Bureau. Any Congregation research project should be conducted in this office. Knowledge, understanding and synergies can pave the way for change. Continuing this meeting, Hojat al-Islam Ahmad Ahmadi Tabar said, “One of the best things a believer can do is serve the school of AhlulBayt (as). One hadith says: “Peace be upon him who moves to revive our commands”. I thank God that he has given me the success of working in this area. ”
“It was very fortunate for me to serve the school of AhlulBayt (as) in the assembly. In the congregation, with the help of friends, I am satisfied with everything I have done, and I have taken all my actions on the basis of studies and research, “added the former deputy for scientific and cultural affairs of the World Assembly of AhlulBayt (as) added.
“We have taken actions in the congregation that should have been taken on the first day of the congregation. We have identified and trained people to work in different countries so that they know the system of their problems and can carry out appropriate activities in the region they are traveling to. “Some of the good qualities of Hojat al-Islam Ahmadi Tabar are his special attention to the Beit al-Mal, exemplary humility, respect for friends and colleagues, extensive knowledge and information, as well as good ethics and interaction with employees.
