The Chinese Foreign Ministry on Thursday welcomed Iran’s announcement that it would start talks on a nuclear deal.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Khani said Wednesday that negotiations to revitalize the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) will resume before the end of November.
